Our fitness-guru Tess will be continuing our outdoor circuit and yoga sessions in the park in to the Autumn! Enjoy a refreshing workout, while your kids play the morning away nearby with a member of our team. The session is open to all levels of fitness and will start every Saturday at 10am with 40 mins of circuits, followed by a further 40 minutes of yoga and stretching. Drop by for the whole session or pick your preferred workout!
Free for members; running in all weathers!
